Frequently asked questions

When does access start?
Founding members get access during the 3-Day Virtual Mastermind on June 15–17, 2026. The Mastermind is where your platform is configured for your specific firm.
What if I can't attend the Mastermind live?
All sessions are recorded and provided to founding members. We strongly recommend attending live because the Q&A and personal configuration with Tyler is the most valuable part — but recordings ensure you don't miss the content.
How many people from my team can use it?
Both founding member options include 7 user accounts. Need more? Additional users are $50/mo (or $500/yr if annual prepay). Most syndicator teams of 5–10 fit comfortably in the included accounts.
What if I'm a solo operator?
7 user accounts means you can also bring in your VA, your bookkeeper, your acquisitions analyst — anyone who touches your business. Set up the rest as you grow.
What happens after 5 years?
After 5 years, founding members graduate to the standard Pro tier (currently $797/mo) at the then-prevailing rate. You keep all the platform benefits — you just convert to the standard pricing structure at that point.
Can I cancel?
Monthly Option B allows cancellation anytime. Annual Option A is a 12-month commitment with no refunds, but you can choose not to renew. Founding member rate is non-transferable.
What if you launch new features?
All future feature releases and new AI agents are included at no additional cost during your 5-year founding member period. That includes the Investor Relations Agent, Asset Management Agent, and Peak COS — all launching throughout 2026.
How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?
ChatGPT and Claude are conversation tools. Peak Operator is an operating system with three specialized AI agents that have memory, tools, and the ability to execute changes on your data. ChatGPT can answer questions about your business. Peak Operator runs your business.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Every tenant (firm) has isolated data via row-level security on our database. Your deals, investors, and team data are accessible only to your firm. We use industry-standard authentication (JWT), encryption at rest, and HTTPS everywhere.
What happens if Peak Operator doesn't work for me?
We don't promise perfection — we promise a working operating system built specifically for multifamily syndicators. If Peak Operator doesn't deliver on the promise within 90 days of Mastermind, we'll refund your setup fee. Recurring fees are non-refundable but cancellable at the Monthly tier.
How is this priced after the founding member offer expires?
Standard pricing post-launch is Starter at $397/mo, Pro at $797/mo, and Plus at $997/mo, with $7,500 setup. Founding members pay $5,000 setup and $347–$497/mo for 5 years — the full Pro feature set at a founding rate. The founding member offer is not coming back.
Can I see a demo first?

Will there be additional Mastermind events?

Peak Operator works regardless of your current scale. The Mastermind helps you configure your buy box and investor strategy whether you're on deal #1 or deal #38. Newer operators often get more value because the system installs the right operational discipline from the start.
I'm in another mentorship/coaching program. Is this compatible?
Yes. Peak Operator is a software platform, not a coaching program. It runs alongside whatever coaching, mentorship, or education you're currently in. The Mastermind is implementation, not training.
