This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, subscriptions, and billing requests are handled for Peak Operator.
By purchasing Peak Operator, registering for a paid offer, attending a paid event, or using our platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Overview
Peak Operator may include a one-time setup fee, recurring platform subscription, annual prepaid subscription, event access, implementation support, CRM setup, AI agent configuration, data migration, training, recordings, and related services.
Because Peak Operator includes software access, implementation work, configuration, event preparation, onboarding, and digital deliverables, most fees are non-refundable except where expressly stated in this Refund Policy.
2. Founding Member Setup Fee
The Founding Member setup fee is a one-time payment of $5,000.
This setup fee may include:
- 3-Day Virtual Mastermind access
- Platform setup
- AI agent configuration
- White-label CRM setup
- CRM and investor list migration support
- Existing deal pipeline migration
- Custom buy box configuration
- Investor messaging guide configuration
- Investor avatar and brand voice configuration
- Market research dossier support
- Session recordings
- Private community access
- Founding member benefits
- Roadmap voting access
- Follow-up strategy roundtable access, if included in the offer
3. 90-Day Setup Fee Refund
If Peak Operator does not deliver on the core promise of providing a working operating system built specifically for multifamily syndicators within 90 days of the Peak Operator Launch Mastermind, you may request a refund of the setup fee.
This refund applies only to the one-time setup fee.
Recurring subscription fees are non-refundable.
To qualify for the 90-day setup fee refund, you must:
- Have purchased the Founding Member offer
- Participate in the onboarding or implementation process in good faith
- Provide the required business information, CRM data, deal data, investor data, buy box information, team information, or other requested setup materials
- Allow the Peak Operator team a reasonable opportunity to address setup, access, configuration, or platform issues
- Submit your refund request within 90 days after the Mastermind begins
Refund requests submitted after the 90-day window may be denied.
4. Non-Refundable Recurring Fees
Recurring subscription fees are non-refundable.
This includes:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Annual prepaid subscription fees
- Additional user fees
- Renewal fees
- Platform access fees
- CRM or software access fees
- Fees already charged before cancellation
Cancellation stops future billing according to your plan terms but does not create a refund for prior payments.
5. Monthly Plan Cancellation
Monthly customers may cancel future billing at any time.
If you cancel a monthly subscription:
- Your cancellation applies to future billing periods
- You will not receive a refund for the current billing period
- You may retain access until the end of the paid billing period unless access is terminated earlier for violation of the Terms and Conditions
- Any unpaid amounts remain due
To request cancellation, email:
6. Annual Prepay Plan
Annual Prepay customers pay once for a 12-month subscription period.
Annual Prepay is non-refundable.
If you choose the Annual Prepay option:
- You receive 12 months of platform access according to the selected offer
- You may choose not to renew at the end of the annual term
- No partial refunds or prorated refunds are provided for unused months
- Annual pricing may not be transferred to another person or business unless Peak Operator approves it in writing
7. Additional Users
Both Founding Member plans include 7 user accounts.
Additional users may be billed at $50 per month or $500 per year if annual prepay is selected.
Additional user fees are non-refundable once charged.
If an additional user is removed, future billing may be adjusted after the change is processed, but prior charges are not refunded.
8. Missed Events or Mastermind Attendance
If your purchase includes access to a live Mastermind, webinar, implementation session, or training event, failure to attend live does not create a refund.
When available, recordings may be provided to customers who cannot attend live.
The value of the offer includes software access, setup, configuration, implementation, and digital deliverables, not live attendance alone.
9. Setup and Implementation Requirements
Peak Operator setup may require your participation.
This may include providing:
- Company information
- User details
- CRM data
- Investor lists
- Deal pipeline data
- Buy box criteria
- Market preferences
- Uploaded deal documents
- Team roles and KPI information
- Brand voice and investor messaging information
Delays caused by missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed customer information do not create a refund right.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us first at:
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of platform access while the dispute is reviewed.
We reserve the right to provide payment records, checkout records, usage records, account records, communications, and policy documents to payment processors or financial institutions in response to chargebacks or disputes.
11. Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, we may notify you and attempt to process payment again.
If payment is not resolved, we may suspend or terminate access to Peak Operator, CRM tools, AI agents, events, support, or related services.
You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts.
12. No Refunds for Business Outcomes
Peak Operator does not guarantee that you will close deals, raise capital, secure investors, improve operations, save a specific amount of money, or generate any specific financial result.
